摘    要:目的探讨滇南小耳猪同种原位心肺联合移植的手术配合方法。方法 2009年1月至2010年3月对14只实验用封闭群滇南小耳猪进行心肺联合移植的实验研究。结果手术过程顺利,供体心肺保护良好,7例手术成功,6例成功复跳,获得短期存活,达到研究目的。结论各组人员进行积极有效的手术配合是成功进行小耳猪原位心肺联合移植手术的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective To explore an effective method for operation cooperation on yunnan miniature pig orthotopic heart lung transplantation.Methods 14 yunnan miniature pigs were researched from 2009 January to 2010 March.Results Operation process was stable,the donor heart-lung was kept good.7 cases were operated successfully,in which 6 cases were resuscitated successfully,had short-term survival and can achieve the research goal.Conclusion Positive and effective operation cooperation is an important factor for successfully management on yunnan miniature pig orthotopic heart lung transplantation.
