| 摘 要： | 目的探讨非脱垂子宫经腹部及经阴道两种不同途径子宫切除术的临床愈后比较。方法回顾性分析118例子宫切除术的临床资料,其中经阴道子宫切除术(TVH)56例,经腹子宫切除术(TAH)62例,比较两组术中及术后情况。结果 TVH组手术时间、肛门排气时间、术后下床活动时间及住院时间和伤口疼痛程度均小于TAH组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),出血量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TVH损伤小,恢复快,值得在临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of TVH vs TAH for non-prolapsed uterus hysterectomy.Methods The clinical data about 118 cases of hysterectomy,including 56 cases of vaginal hysterectomy(TVH) and 62 patients of abdominal hysterectomy(TAH),had been retrospective analyzed.The intraoperative and postoperative data were compared between two groups.Results In TVH group,the time of operation,flatus,postoperative ambulation and Hospital stay was shorter than in TAH group,and wound pain in TVH was less than in TAH.There was significant difference(P<0.05)in these data between the two groups.Blood loss was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion TVH is the better way for non-prolapsed uterus removal in clinical application. |
