一次性口垫在急诊洗胃中的应用

目的:探讨一次性口垫在急诊洗胃中的临床应用效果。方法:将156例口服中毒患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组78例。对照组使用开口器,试验组使用一次性口垫洗胃。比较两组患者在置胃管及洗胃过程中的不适症状发生情况。结果:试验组患者牙齿损伤黏膜出血、胃管盘曲口腔、胃管滑出、胃管受压等不适症状均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊洗胃中使用一次性口垫,能缩短洗胃时间,减少相关不适症状的发生,增加患者的舒适感。

Application of one - time mouth MATS in emergency washing stomach.

Objective：To investigate the disposable mouth pad in the emergency gastric lavage in clinical application. Methods ：156 patients of oral poisoning were randomly divided into control group and experimental group ,78 cases in each group. The control group used the opening device, the experimental group used disposable mouth pad for gastric lavage. Compared two groups of patients in the insertion of gastric tube and the gastric lavage process discomfort symp- toms occur. Results：The experimental group of patients with dental injury mucosal bleeding,gastric tube coiled tube, gastric tube slide out oral, compression and other symptoms were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： In the emer- gency gastric lavage for use in disposable mouth pad can shorten the time of reducing, gastric lavage, associated discomfort symptoms, increase the patient＇s comfort.
