我院药品价格层次与消费分析

目的：了解医院药品价格层次及各层次中药品的消费情况，为医院药事管理人员及药学人员，以及药品价格管理的行政部j．-j宏观调控药品价格提供参考。方法：对我院使用量居前的西药价格进行药品品种数、消费额及各自所占比例的分层次分析。结果：单价低于50元的药品品种数占医院常用药物的75．11％，消费金额比例为59．86％，即单价较低的药物不论从品种上还是销售金额上都占有绝对大的比例；零差率药品的品种数量虽然少于非零差率药品的品种数量，但是销售金额却高于非零差率药品，说明患者所用药物以零差率药物为主，非零差率药物为辅。医院获利最大药物层次位于20—80元。结论：通过多次政策性降价，医院药品价格层次、消费、比例更趋合理，零差率政策实行后，老百姓确实获得了实惠。

Analysis of Community Hospital Medicine Price Levels and Consumption

Objective： To understand the medicine price levels, consumption and their percentages in a community hospital,in or- der to provide references for pharmaceutical administration personnel, pharmacists, and related administrative departments on how to conduct medicine prices. Method： The data of pharmacy consume in 2008 were acquired from hospital information system. Hospital medicine price levels and consumption of stand front on the list of clinic use were analyzed. Result： The prices lower than 50 yuan hol- ded 75.11% and 59. 86% for western drugs on the drug varieties and consumption respectively. The lower prices drugs exceed half not only on drug varieties but also consumption. Although the number of ＂zero price margin＂ drugs was lower than that of normal drugs,its consumption was higher than that of normal drugs. This illuminates that the ＂zero price margin＂ drugs used in community hospitals was more than normal drugs. The hospital gained more profits from price of 20-80 yuan drug levels. Conclusion： Community hospitals drug price level and consumption at each level tend to be more reasonable after many times policy price reduction. Patients obtain substantial benefits from ＂zero price margin＂ drug policy.
