| 摘 要： | 本文通过分析国内外临床药学工作的现状，指出临床药师人才的培养是社会发展的需要；通过分析我国药学教育的现状，阐述我国临床药师的培养方法，以逐步探索一条培养中国临床药师的途径，建立一支临床药师队伍。
