产科、新生儿病区医务人员咽拭子监测与分析

目的 了解产科、新生儿病区医务人员的咽部带菌及药敏情况，分析其与新生儿感染率的关系。方法 回顾性分析1992—2006年产科、新生儿病区医务人员咽拭子310份和同期住院新生儿医院感染率和呼吸道感染率。结果 产科、新生儿病区大多数医务人员咽拭子细菌培养无菌生长，少数医务人员咽拭子细菌培养有致病菌。结论 产科、新生儿病区是医院感染的高危病区，医务人员的咽部带菌与新生儿感染率有一定的相关性.

Throat Swab Surveillance and Analysis among Medical Staff in Obstetrical Ward and in Neonates Ward

OBJECTIVE To evaluate bacteria and antimicrobial resistance in throat swab among medical staff in the obstetrical ward and in the neonates ward, and analyze their relation with the infection rates among the neonates. METHODS Totally 310 samples of throat swab among medical staff in these two wards, and their data of infection of respiratory tract were analyzed between 1992 and 2006. RESULTS Many of bacteria cultures from medical staff in the two wards were negative, few of them were positive. CONCLUSIONS There are the risk factors of nosocomial infection in obstetrical ward and in neonates ward. There are some relations between throat swab among medical staff and data of infection of neonates.
