| 摘 要： | 目的：评价锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨肩峰端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的效果。方法：对总共23例新鲜的Neer Ⅲ型锁骨肩峰端骨折或Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位的患者，采用AO的锁骨钩钢板进行切开复位内固定．不同时修补喙锁韧带。术后平均随访1年，采用Poigenfruit标准进行临床评价。结果：优18例，良5例，优良率达到100％。结论：锁骨钩钢板是治疗锁骨肩峰端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的理想内固定材料。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the result of the treating fracture of the distal clavicle or acrominoclavicular dislocation with acromioclavicular-hook plate. Methods: Totally 23 fresh fracture of the distal clavicle(Neer III) or acrominoclavicular dislocation (Tossy III) were accepted open abduction and internal fixation with acromioclavicular-hook plate. The clinical symptoms were assessed by Poigenfurst criteria. Results: There were 18 achieve advance score and the other 5 achieve good sore, the totally advance and good rate was 100%. Conclusion:The acromioclavicular-hook plate is a good methods for fixation the fracture of distal clavicle and acrominoclavicular dislocation. |
