赛庚啶对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘    要:本研究采用可逆性大鼠大脑中动物栓塞法观察赛庚啶(Cyproheptadine,Cyp)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血乔灌注后神经功能障碍、脑组织病理改变、脑水肿以及脑组织钙含量的影响。结果表明,于大脑中动物阻断前2分钟静脉注射赛庚嚷2mg,3mg.kg-1可显著减轻神经功能障碍;减轻脑水肿及脑组织病理损害,实验提示赛庚啶可能通过降低缺血再灌注引越的脑Ca2+聚集而减轻脑损伤。

Abstract:Acute cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was produced by reversible middle artery occlusion without craniectomy in rats. Cyprohepetadine (Cyp) 2 and 3mg iv. reduced the score of neurological deficits and the ischemia-reperfusion injury of brain tissue, and decreased the water content of injured brain. The finding showed that the drug might prevent the brain tissue from ischemia-reperfusion dmage through reducing intracellular Ca2+ accumulation resulted from ischemia and reperfusion event.
