摘    要:目的:探讨急性镉中毒时,心、肝、肺、肾等重要器官的功能改变。方法:同步测定急性镉染毒大鼠心、肝、肺、肾等重要器官的功能及血液、脑和上述器官中的镉含量。结果:通过呼吸道和静脉染毒,所引起的肝、肾功能的损害均低于心功能的损害;静脉急性镉染毒致死时,心、肝、肾、脑。血的镉含量与呼吸道染毒致死时基本一致。结论:急性镉中毒时,心、肝、肾、脑、血有一稳定的镉浓度,同时揭示,急性镉中毒不是由于肝、肾、肺功能衰竭所致死。

Abstract:Objective: To disclose the change of functins on Wistar rats exposed arutely in cadmium chloride.Methods: Wistar rats were divided into control groups and treatment groups which were exposed acutely in cadmium chloride to death by way of vein and respiratory. The funictions of heart,liver, kidney and lung and the content of cadmium in the blood, heart, liver, kidney, lung, and brain were determined. Results: The extent of the functions of liver and kidney were damaged less than that of heart by two contamination ways, and the content of Cd in blood, heart, liver, kindey and brain, when rats were exposed acutely in CdCl2 to death by vein, compared with it by respiratory, was alike. Conclusion: This data showed that there was a stable critical concentration in these tissues and organs, when rats were exposed acutely in Cadmium chloride to death, at the same time it was disclosed that the death of rats were not cuause by liver, kidney and lung but by cadmium poisoning.
