| 摘 要： | 目的建立中药提取物XDD-2的有机溶剂正丁醇、乙醇和石油醚残留量检查法。方法用顶空气相色谱法测定XDD-2的有机溶荆残留量。采用HP-5固定相的开口毛细管柱，以高纯氮为载气，FID为检测器。结果标准液质量浓度在一定范围内与各组分峰面积线性关系良好。序在0．9909-0．9999之间，精密度、重现性RSD均小于5％，平均回收率为95％-105％。结论顶空气相色谱法简便，快速，准确，可用于中药制荆的正丁醇、乙醇和石油醚残留量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for analysis of residual organic solvents (n-butanol,ethanol,petroleum ether) in XDD-2. Methods The contents of residual solvents in XDD-2 were determined by headspace GC on HP-5 column,with FID detector,high purity nitrogen as the carries gas.Results There was a good linearity (R2:0.990 9-1.000 0).The RSD of precision and accuracy was less than 5%,the average recovery rate was in the range of 95.0%-105.0%.Conclusion The method was simple,quick and accurate and can be used for quality control of Chinese medicine. |
