| 摘 要： | 目的：建立保心宁颗粒中丹参素的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法测定丹参素的含量。色谱柱为Agilent C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），以水-甲醇-醋酸（88：12：0.05）为流动相，柱温为室温，流速为1ml·min。结果：丹参素在2，0～10．0μg进样量的与峰面积有良好的线性关系。r=0.9998（n=5），平均回收率为97．5％（IKSD=0．61％）。结论：该测定方法精密度高，重现性好，可用于测定丹参素的含量。

| Abstract: | AIM ：to estabolish the granules, Methods：HPLC was used to determine method to determine the Danshensu in Baoxinning the Danshensu. Agilent C18（250mm ×4.6mm, 5 μ m）as the chromatogram column. And water：methanol：acetic acid（90：10：0.05）as the mobile phase, 1.0ml· min^-1 folw rate, column temperature was room temperature. Results the calibration curves were linear in the ranger2.0-10 μ m of Danshensu. The correlation coefficient was 0.9998（n=5）,the average recovery rate was 97.5%,and the RSD was 0.61%.Conclusion：The method was simple, eccurate and can be used to determine the Danshensu in Baoxinning granules. |
