维汉不同民族神经症患者甲状腺激素水平对比研究

目的探讨维族与汉族神经症患者间甲状腺素T3、T4及TSH水平是否有差异。方法在自治区人民医院临床心理科住院的492例神经症患者作为实验组（汉族311例，维族181例）。在同一医院综合内科住院的非神经症患者共251例（汉族175维族76例）作为对照组。对所有人组者进行血清T3、T4及TSH测定并进行组间比较。统计方法采用方差分析及t检验。结果维族和汉族神经症患者组的T3及T4均低于本民族的对照组（P〈0．05）；无论是实验组，还是对照组中维、汉两族的T3、T4及TSH均无统计学差异（P〉O．05）。结论维族、汉族患者间血清甲状腺激素水平无显著性差异。

Compare the level of the serum thyroxine between the Han and the Uygur nationality with neurosis patients

Abstract;Objective To compare the level of the serum thyroxine（T3,T4 and TSH）between the Han and the Uygur nationality in neurosis patients. Methods 492 cases of neurosis （inculding311 Han and 181Uygur nationality patients） were test groups. And 251 cases of patiens （inculding 92 Han and 92 Uygur nationality patients） who were non-endocrine and non-neurosis patients coming from integrate medical department in the same hospital were control groups . The statistical method used the variance analysis and the t-test. Results The level of serum T3, T4 and TSH were no significant difference between the Han and Uygur nationality patients in both the test group and control group P〉0.05, but the level of serum T3 and T4 in the test group were significant lower than those of the control group P 〉0.05. Conclusion There are abnormal functions of thypothyroid in the neurosis, but there is no sig- nificant difference in thyroxine level between Han and Uygur nation patients.
