| 摘 要： | 总结37例无充气腋窝经路完全腔镜下甲状腺肿瘤切除术的手术配合要点及安全风险防范策略。包括术前访视、术中密切配合、感染控制、严格执行隔离技术 、无菌技术及患者的安全管理等,手术均顺利开展,取得了较好的效果。 |

| Abstract: | To summarize the nursing points and risk prevention in the total endoscopic thyroidectomy via the gasless unilateral axillary approach, including preoperative visits, intraoperative cooperation, infection control, strict isolation, aseptic technique and safety management of patients. All the operations were done successfully with good effect. |
