宽体金线蛭产茧后生长特性及主要消化酶活性研究

摘    要:目的:研究宽体金线蛭产茧后生长特性及主要消化酶活性,为产茧后亲蛭处理提供理论依据。方法:选择性成熟宽体金线蛭利用网箱进行人工繁殖,繁殖结束后在室内条件下开展为期20 d的养殖实验,实验分饥饿组和对照组,养殖期间定期测量体重和统计成活率,养殖结束后测定出干率和主要消化酶活性。结果:饥饿组在实验期间不断死亡,最后平均成活率为51.67%;对照组前期亲蛭少量死亡,实验中后期持续死亡,养殖平均成活率为65.00%,与饥饿组之间差异显著。饥饿组实验初期体重迅速增长,之后逐渐下降,最后基本恢复到实验前水平,实验期间体重平均增长率为-0.53%;对照组在实验前期体重增加后出现小幅下降,之后体重持续增加,最后恢复到产茧前水平,实验期间体重平均增长率为40.23%。产茧结束后亲蛭出干率为22.14%,饥饿实验结束后饥饿组和对照组出干率分别为13.30%和12.75%,二者之间差异不显著,但与亲蛭产茧结束时出干率之间差异极显著。宽体金线蛭胰蛋白酶活性高于淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性,饥饿处理引起宽体金线蛭胰蛋白酶活性增强、淀粉酶活性下降,二者在饥饿组和对照组中差异显著。结论:宽体金线蛭产茧后短期养殖体重可以恢复到产茧前水平。

Abstract:Objective:To study the growth characteristics and activities of main digestive enzyme after the cocoon production of Whitmania pigra in order to provide a theoretical foundation for the treatment of Whitmania pigra after cocoon production.Methods:The sexually mature Whitmania pigra was selected for artificial reproduction by using the cage,and the breeding experiment was carried out for a period of twenty days under indoor conditions after the reproduction.Whitmania pigra was divided into starved group and control group,the weight and survival rate were measured regularly during the farming period,the dry output and activity of the main digestive enzyme were measured at the end of the experiment.Results:The Whitmania pigra in the starved group died continuously during the experiment period and the final survival rate was 51.67%.Few Whitmania pigra in the control group died in the early period,persistent death happened in the middle and late period of the experiment,the survival rate in the control group was 65.00% which was significant difference with starved group(P<0.05).The body weight in the starved group increased quickly in the early period and then decreased,finally basically recovered to the pre-experiment level,which increased in the early period,decreased slightly and then the weight continued to increase in control group.The average increase of the body weight was-0.53% and 40.23%,respectively.The dry output after cocoon production was 22.14%,after the starvation group,the dry output rate between the starved group and control group was 13.30% and 12.75%,respectively.There was no difference between them but the dry output rate was significant lower than that for the post-spawning Whitmania pigra(P<0.05).The trypsin activity of the Whitmania pigra was significant higher than amylase and lipase,the increase of trypsin activity and the decrease of amylase activity caused by starvation treatment were significant difference in the starved group and control group.Conclusion:The body weight of the post-cocooning Whitmania pigra can be restored to the level of before-cocooning.
