看图对话教学模式在内分泌科实习护生临床教学中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨看图对话教学模式在内分泌科实习护生临床教学中的应用效果。 方法 采取便利取样法选取2016年7-12月在内分泌科实习的30名护生为对照组,选取2017年7-12月在内分泌科实习的30名护生为观察组;对照组采用传统多媒体教学模式,观察组采用看图对话教学模式;比较2组护生的理论、操作考核成绩、对教学方法的满意度及评判性思维能力。结果 观察组理论、操作成绩高于对照组(t=6.680,P<0.001;t=3.080,P=0.003)。对教学方法的满意率高于对照组;观察组评判性思维能力量表中分析能力、自信心、系统化能力、开放思维、求知欲5个维度得分高于对照组。结论 将看图对话教学模式运用在内分泌科实习护生的临床教学中,能够有效提高护生的理论及操作考核成绩,全面提升实习护生的评判性思维能力,护生对教学的满意率较高,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application of the teaching mode of picture dialogue in the clinical teaching of nursing students in the endocrinology department.Methods Using the convenience sampling method, 30 nursing students practicing in the second half of 2016 were chosen into the control group, while another 30 counterparts doing in the second half of 2017 were selected into the observation group. The control group was taught using the traditional multimedia teaching mode, while the observation group was taught using the teaching mode of the picture dialogue. The nursing theory, operational skill, satisfaction and critical thinking were compared between the two groups.Results The theory and skill assessment scores (t=6.680, P<0.001; t=3.080, P=0.003), and the satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group. The five dimensions of the critical thinking, including the analysis ability, confidence, systematized ability, open thinking and the desire for knowledge of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion The picture dialogue teaching mode used in the clinical teaching of nursing students in endocrinology department can significantly promote the theory and operational skill level, as well as the critical thinking ability of nursing students and their satisfaction to teaching, which is worthy of popularization and application.
