术中保温护理在腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中的应用效果

目的探讨术中保温护理模式在腹腔镜下子宫瘤剔除术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月-2018年3月入住我院行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的110例患者,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各55例,对照组给予常规护理模式,观察组给予术中保温护理模式,比较2组术中出血量、输液量、低体温及应激反应的情况。结果观察组术中低体温、寒战以及苏醒延迟发生率明显低于对照组(χ~2=5.636,P=0.018;χ~2=6.111,P=0.013;χ~2=6.253,P=0.012);观察组气管拔管的时间以及术后苏醒时间均短于对照组(t=13.460,P<0.001;t=22.066,P<0.001);观察组术中血糖、心率以及血压均优于对照组。结论术中保温护理可有效降低腹腔镜下子宫瘤剔除术患者术中低体温、寒战、苏醒延迟的发生率及应激反应水平,缩短气管拔管的时间以及手术后苏醒时间,值得推广。

Effects of applying intraoperative thermal insulation nursing among patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy

Objective To explore the effect of applying the intraoperative thermal insulation nursing among patients undergoing the laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods Totally 110 patients with uterine fibroids (UM) admitted to our hospital between January 2017 and March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 55. The control group received routine nursing care during the operation, while the observation group was provided with the intraoperative thermal insulation nursing. The bleeding volume and transfusion volume, hypothermia and stress reaction were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of hypothermia, shivering and delayed awakening of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (χ²=5.636,P=0.018; χ²=6.111,P=0.013; χ²=6.253,P=0.012). The tracheal extubation time and postoperative recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group (t=13.460, P<0.001; t=22.066, P<0.001). The blood glucose, heart rate and blood pressure of the observation group during the operation were significantly lower than that of the control group. Conclusion The intraoperative thermal insulation nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of the low temperature, chills, waking delay and the level of stress reaction, shorten the time of tracheal extubation and the recovery time after operation for patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy, which is worth of promoting.
