摘    要:目的:观察背部循经推拿对亚健康模型大鼠海马神经元凋亡相关基因Bcl-2、Bax及Casepase-3蛋白表达的影响。方法:60只wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组和推拿干预组,后两组予束缚应激,推拿干预组予背部循经推拿。实验结束后,采用免疫组化法检测3组大鼠海马组织Bcl-2、Bax及Casepase-3蛋白表达,实时荧光定量PCR方法检测Casepase-3 mRNA的表达情况。结果:模型组大鼠海马组织Bcl-2蛋白表达下降、Bax与Caspase-3蛋白表达上升,与空白组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05);推拿干预组海马组织Bcl-2蛋白表达上调、Bax蛋白表达下调、Caspase-3蛋白及Caspase-3 mRNA表达均上升,与模型组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:背部循经推拿手法可以通过抑制Bax与Caspase-3蛋白及Caspase-3 mRNA表达、上调Bcl-2蛋白表达,从而发挥对慢性应激所致亚健康状态的脑神经保护作用。
