早产儿医用头部固定软枕在预防早产儿扁头综合征中的效果

目的 探讨早产儿医用头部固定软枕在预防早产儿扁头综合征中的应用效果。 方法 选取2017年4-2018年3月在我院新生儿科住院的早产儿200例,采用随机数学表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各100例。2组早产患儿均给予常规护理干预,对照组给予乳胶手套水枕,观察组给予早产儿医用头部固定软枕。患儿出院时,比较2组早产儿扁头综合征程度。 结果 观察组扁头综合征程度低于对照组(Z=-4.534,P<0.001)。 结论 早产儿医用头部固定软枕能有效预防早产儿扁头综合征的发生,值得推广应用。

Effect evaluation of medical head fixed soft pillow for prevention of flat head syndrome in premature infants

Objective To explore the application effect of head fixed soft pillow in premature infants to prevent flat head syndrome in premature infants. Methods From April 2017 to March 2018, 200 premature infants in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 100 cases in each group. The two groups of premature infants were given routine nursing intervention. The observation group was given medical head fixed soft pillow, and the control group used latex glove water pillow for premature infants. When the children were discharged from the hospital, the degree of preterm baby flat head syndrome of the two groups was compared. Results The degree of flat head syndrome in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(Z=-4.534,P<0.001). Conclusion The medical head fixed soft pillow for preterm infants can effectively prevent the occurrence of flat head syndrome in premature infants. The clinical effect is obvious and it is worth popularizing.
