知信行评价体系指导下健康教育对产褥期初产妇负性情绪及母婴照护能力影响

摘    要:目的 观察初产妇知信行评价体系构建对产褥期妇女负性情绪及母婴照护能力的影响。 方法 选取我院产科2018年1-6月治疗的92例产褥期妇女为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为常规组和知信行组,每组各46例。常规组接受常规健康教育,知信行组接受知信行评价体系指导下的健康教育。比较2组妇女负性情绪和母婴照护能力。 结果 产后42天,知信行组焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于常规组(t=11.457,P<0.001; t=14.440,P<0.001)。产妇的自我护理、婴儿护理及母乳喂养、社会角色转变能力明显高于常规组(t=19.792,P<0.001; t=16.483,P<0.001; t=30.078,P<0.001)。 结论 知信行评价体系指导下健康教育,能够显著减轻初产妇的负性情绪,提升初产妇产褥期母婴照护能力,值得在产褥期初产妇中应用和推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of the health education based on the information-motivation-behavioral (IMB) evaluation system on the negative emotion and the care ability of the women in puerperium. Methods Totally 92 puerperas treated in the obstetrics department of our hospital in the first half of 2018 were selected and randomly divided into an IMB group and a control group, each of 46. The control group received the routine health education, while the IMB group was provided with health education based on the IMB evaluation system. The negative emotions and infant care ability of two groups were compared. Results Forty-two days after delivery, the anxiety and depression scores of the IMB group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=11.457,P<0.001; t=14.440,P<0.001), while the self care, baby care, maternal breastfeeding and transition of the social role of the former were significantly better than the latter(t=19.792,P<0.001; t=16.483,P<0.001; t=30.078,P<0.001). Conclusion The health education based on the IMB evaluation system can significantly relieve the negative emotions of new mothers and promote their ability of infant caring, which is worthy of application and promotion among puerperal women.
