内皮祖细胞(EPCs)在心脏移植物血管病变(CAV)中的研究进展

摘    要: 内皮祖细胞(endothelial progenitor cells,EPCs)是一类能分化为成熟内皮细胞(endothelial cells,ECs)的内皮前体细胞,具有促进损伤血管修复和新生血管形成的特点。研究发现EPCs在心脏移植物血管病变(cardiac allograft vasculopathy,CAV)的发生和发展中起着重要作用,移植后供心血管内皮损伤可以触发EPCs的修复过程。本文综述了移植物血管病变的发生发展过程中EPCs的归巢和分化,探讨了EPCs对CAV的预测、诊断和治疗价值。

Abstract:Endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) have the ability to differentiate into mature endothelial cells (ECs).They can facilitate the repair of damaged blood vessels or augment development of new vessels.Recent data indicate that EPCs play a significant role in the occurrence and development of cardiac allograft vasculopathy (CAV).The injury of endothelium of donor heart post transplantation triggers the process of neoendothelialization.This paper reviews homing and differentiation of EPCs in the occurrence and development of allograft vasculopathy,and explore the prediction,diagnosis and therapeutic value of EPCs on CAV.
