摘    要:目的:建立一测多评法同时测定山楂中绿原酸、牡荆素葡萄糖苷、牡荆素鼠李糖苷、牡荆素、芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮素7种成分的含量。方法:以山楂中所含的上述7种成分为指标,采用一测多评法分别建立各成分与金丝桃苷的相对校正因子及相对保留时间,计算各成分含量,同时采用外标法测定7种成分含量,比较一测多评法与外标法所测含量之间的差异。结果:一测多评法与外标法测定的含量之间没有显著性差异,RSD均<3%。结论:建立的同步测定山楂中绿原酸、牡荆素葡萄糖苷、牡荆素鼠李糖苷、牡荆素、芦丁、金丝桃苷、槲皮素7种成分的一测多评法,结果准确可靠,可用于山楂药材质量评价。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS)method to simultaneous determine seven components(chlorogenic acid,glucosyl-vitexin,vitexin-2-O-rhamnoside,vitexin,rutin,hyperoside and quercetin)in Crateagus pinnatifida var.major.Methods:Taking seven components in Crateagus pinnatifida var.major as indicators,QAMS method was used to establish the relative correction factor and the relative retention time between each component and hyperoside.The correction factor was used to calculate the contents of each components in Crateagus pinnatifida var.major.In the meantime,the external standard method was used to measure the above seven components contents to compare the results with QAMS method.Results:The results of QAMS method had not significantly differents compared with the external standard method,RSD<3%.Conclusion:The QAMS method for measuring the components of chlorogenic acid,glucosyl-vitexin,vitexin-2-O-rhamnoside,vitexin,rutin,hyperoside and quercetin in Crateagus pinnatifida var.major is reliable and accurate,it can be used to evaluate the quality of Crateagus pinnatifida var.major.
