微信随访在离院2型糖尿病患者胰岛素注射依从性中的应用

目的 探讨微信随访在离院2型糖尿病患者胰岛素注射依从性中应用的价值。 方法 选择2016年3-9月在我院内分泌科经胰岛素系统化治疗后出院的135例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,将出院前自愿加入微信随访群的73例患者设为微信随访组,将62例未加入微信随访群的患者设为对照组。出院前2组患者均给予系统的胰岛素强化治疗及离院指导,离院后均定期予电话随访,微信随访组在患者离院后增加微信随访护理干预指导。随访3个月,比较2组患者胰岛素注射依从性及胰岛素治疗不良反应的发生率。结果 微信随访组患者胰岛素注射的依从性优于对照组,胰岛素治疗不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组(χ²=7.679,P=0.001)。结论 对2型糖尿病患者离院后给予微信随访指导进行护理干预,有助于提高患者的胰岛素注射依从性,有效控制血糖水平,减少胰岛素治疗不良反应的发生,从而改善患者的生存质量。

The effect of WeChat follow-up on the compliance of insulin injection of type-2 diabetes patients after their discharge

Objective To explore the WeChat follow-up on the compliance of insulin injection of type-2 diabetes patients after their discharge.Methods Totally 135 patients with type-2 diabetes and treated systematically with insulin between March and September 2016 were randomly divided into a WeChat follow-up group of 73 and a control group of 62 after their permission. Both groups were given health education before their discharge and regular telephone follow-up after their discharge, while the WeChat follow-up group was additionally provided with guidance through WeChat. After 3-month intervention, the compliance of insulin injection and the rate of adverse reactions were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results The compliance of the WeChat follow-up group was significantly better than that of the control group, while the rate of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group (χ²=7.679, P=0.001).Conclusion For type-2 diabetes patients, WeChat follow-up after their discharge helps to improve their compliance of insulin injection, control of the blood sugar level and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, altogether improving their life quality.
