应用5A模式提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者自我效能和肺康复依从性

目的 探讨5A模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases,COPD)患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年3月-2018年2月长沙市某三甲医院106名COPD住院患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各53例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上应用5A模式进行干预。比较2组患者自我效能、肺康复依从性及肺功能情况。结果 干预3个月后,观察组患者自我效能、肺康复依从性及肺功能均明显好于对照组。结论 应用5A模式能提高COPD患者的自我效能及肺康复依从性,改善肺功能状况。

Applying 5A model to improve self-efficacy and pulmonary rehabilitation compliance of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

Objective To explore the effect of applying the 5A model on the self-efficacy and pulmonary rehabilitation compliance of chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) patients.Methods Totally 106 COPD patients admitted between June 2017 and March 2018 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 53. Both groups received conventional nursing, while the observation group was additionally provided with the 5A nursing. The self-efficacy, pulmonary rehabilitation compliance and lung function were recorded and compared between the two groups after 3-month intervention.Results After the intervention, all the measurements of the observation group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion The 5A nursing intervention can significantly promote the self-efficacy, pulmonary rehabilitation compliance, and lung function of COPD patients.
