无缝隙护理质量管理在消化内镜诊疗患者中的应用效果

目的 研究无缝隙护理质量管理对消化内镜诊疗患者的应用价值。 方法 选取2014年1月至2017年1月我院收治的168例消化内镜患者。以数字法随机将其分成对照组(84例)和观察组(84例)。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予无缝隙护理质量管理干预。比较2组患者对护理工作的满意度、并发症及不良事件发生情况,患者住院及肠胃功能恢复时间等。 结果 观察组对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组(Z=-2.618,P=0.009);观察组总并发症及不良事件发生率低于对照组(χ²=4.767,P=0.029; χ²=4.226,P=0.040);观察组患者的总住院时间及肠胃功能恢复时间均明显短于对照组(t=42.207,P<0.001; t=31.785,P<0.001)。 结论 对消化内镜患者施以无缝隙护理质量管理能有效提高患者对护理工作的满意度,降低出血及穿孔等并发症及不良事件的发生率,同时大大缩短了患者的总住院时间和肠胃功能恢复时间,安全性较高,值得临床借鉴推广。

The effect of applying the seamless nursing quality management on patients with digestive endoscopy

Objective To explore the effect of applying the seamless nursing quality management in patients with digestive endoscopy. Methods Totally 168 patients undergoing the digestive endoscopy between January 2014 and January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each of 84. Both groups were given routine care, while the observation group was additionally provided with seamless nursing quality management. After the intervention, the satisfaction, complications, adverse events, the length of hospitalization and gastrointestinal function recovery time were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (Z=-2.618, P=0.009). The incidence of adverse events and complication of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (χ²=4.767, P=0.029; χ²=4.226, P=0.040). The length of hospitalization and gastrointestinal function recovery of the observation group were significantly shorter than that of the control group (t=42.207, P<0.001; t=31.785, P<0.001). Conclusion The seamless nursing quality management intervention applied in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with digestive endoscopy can effectively improve the patients′ satisfaction with nursing, reduce the occurrence of complications such as clinical bleeding and perforation and shorten the hospital stay and recovery time of the gastrointestinal function, which is worthy of clinical references and promotion.
