独子藤茎乙酸乙酯部位化学成分研究

目的:研究独子藤茎乙酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、反相硅胶和凝胶等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过化合物的波谱学数据鉴定其结构。结果:从独子藤茎乙酸乙酯部位中共分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为:对甲氧基苯甲酸(1)、大子五层龙酸(2)、2-氧代-3-羟基-木栓烷-3-烯-29-酸(3)、3β-羟基-27-乙酰氧基-木栓烷-28-酸(4)、3,4-开环-木栓烷-3,28-二酸(5)、3β,22α-二羟基齐墩果烷-12-烯-29-酸(6)、wilforol B(7)、3-氧代-木栓烷-27,28-二酸(8)、直楔草酸(9)、wilforol A(10)、21-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-2α,3β,21β,23-四羟基-齐墩果烷-12-烯-28-酸(11)。结论:其中,化合物1、3、4、5、7、11为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物1、4、5、7、11为首次从该属植物中分离得到。

Chemical Constituents of Ethyl Acetate Extract from the Stems of Celastrus monospermus

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract from the stems of Celastrus monospermus.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatographic methods including silica gel,ODS and Sephadex LH-20,and the structures of compounds were determined by spectral datum.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate extract of the stems of Celastrus monospermus and identified as p-methoxybenzoic acid(1),salaspermic acid(2),2-oxo-3-hydroxy-suberane-3-ene-29-acid(3),3β-hydroxy-27-acetyloxy-suberane-28-acid(4),3,4-secofriedelan-3,28-dioic acid(5),3β,22α-dihydroxyl oleanane-12-en-29-acid(6),wilforol B(7),3-oxo-suberane-27,28-dioic acid(8),orthosphenic acid(9),wilforol A(10),and 21-O-β-D-pyranoglucosyl-2α,3β,21β,23-tetrahydroxyl-oleanane-12-en-28-acid(11).Conclusion:Compounds 1,3,4,5,7,11 are obtained from this plant for the first time,and compounds 1,4,5,7,11 are separated from the Celastrus genus for the first time.
