可视化操作技术在疑难静脉穿刺中的应用分析

目的 探讨可视化操作技术在心内科患者疑难静脉穿刺中的应用。 方法 选取我院心内科2016年9月-2017年5月传统静脉穿刺手法的75例患者为对照组,选取2017年6-10月的75例患者为观察组,对照组采用传统静脉穿刺方法,观察组采用可视化操作技术辅助静脉穿刺。比较2组静脉穿刺成功率、穿刺耗时、穿刺不良事件发生率及患者静脉穿刺满意度。 结果 观察组穿刺成功率较对照组高(Z=-5.697,P＜0.001);穿刺耗时较对照组短(t=13.096,P＜0.001);穿刺不良事件发生率较对照组低(χ²=8.027,P=0.005);患者静脉穿刺满意度较对照组高(Z=-4.141,P＜0.001)。 结论 在可视化操作技术辅助下行静脉穿刺,可提高疑难静脉穿刺成功率,缩短穿刺时间,降低穿刺不良事件发生率,改善患者穿刺满意度。

Application of visual operation technology in venipuncture with difficulties

Objective To explore the application of visual operation technology in the difficult venipuncture of cardiovascular department. Methods Seventy-five patients receiving the traditional vein puncture between September 2016 and May 2017 were selected into the control group, while another 75 patients undergoing the venipuncture using the visual operation technology between June and October of 2017 were chosen into the observation group. The success rate of venipuncture, the time spent, the incidence of puncture-related adverse events, and the satisfaction of the patients were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of puncture and patients′ satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group (Z=-5.697, P＜0.001; Z=-4.141,P＜0.001), while the time spent and the incidence of puncture-related adverse events of the former were significantly shorter and lower than the latter (t=13.096, P＜0.001; χ²=8.027, P=0.005 ). Conclusions Venipuncture using the visual operation technology can improve the success rate of puncture, shorten the puncturing time, reduce the incidence of puncture-related adverse events and promote patients′ satisfaction.
