足内侧皮瓣修复足跟部软组织缺损的临床研究

目的探讨足内侧皮瓣修复足跟部软组织缺损的临床效果。方法从1998年至2010年应用足内侧皮瓣修复足跟部缺损9例,其中外伤4例,骨髓炎3例,肿物2例,皮瓣面积4cm×4cm～6cm×8cm。结果皮瓣及皮肤全部成活,创面一期愈合。术后随访3个月～2年。皮瓣色泽正常,质地较正常足跟组织柔软、可耐磨、外形轮廓满意。结论足内侧皮瓣修复足跟部软组织缺损的良好方法。

Clinical Application of the Medial Pedis Flap Transfer for Coverage of Skin and Soft Tissue Defect of the Heel

Qbjective To explore the effect of the medial pedis flap on repairing the heel skin soft tissue defect of the heel.Methods From 1998 to 2010,9 cases of the soft tissue defect of the heel were repaired by the medial pedis flap.The defect area ranged from 3cm×3cm to 5cm×7cm.Results All flaps achieved heeling by first intention.A total of 9 cases were followed up for 3 months to 24 months.The color of flaps were normal and the texture of flaps were softer than that of normal heel tissue;the flaps were wearable,the shape of flaps were satisfactory.Conclusion The medial pedis flap for repairing heel skin soft tissue defect is idea method.
