同性恋者的心理状况及其形成的影响因素

目的 探讨同性恋者的心理状况及其形成的影响因素。方法 采用精神障碍诊断量表，艾森克人格测查量表（ＥＰＱ）明尼苏达多相人格测查量表（ＭＭＰＩ），修改的智能简易速检表，社会功能量表及同性恋心理健康调查表等５１位同性恋者作心理测试和１－２年的随访，结果 同性恋组各量表的得分与异性恋组比较，差异均无显著性；３３％的同性恋者既往有过自杀未遂，随访期间５１位同性恋者仍维持同性恋性倾向，结论 同性恋的形成原因复

A psychological analysis of homosexuality and other effecting factors

Objective To investigate the mental health of homosexuality and other effecting factors Methods 51 Homosexuals who met Chinese Classification and Diagnostic Criteria for Mental Disorders, the Second Revised Edition diagnostic criteria for homosexuality were examined with Diagnostic scale for mental disorders (DSMD), Eysenck personality questionnaire (EPQ), Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI), Social function rating scale (SFRS) and the mental health investigate scale This group had been follow up studied at least one year latter Results Our study can not distinguish between homosexuality and heterosexual by EPQ and MMPI as compared with 32 normal controls In addition, 33% of homosexuals had previously not accomplished suicide behavior One two years latter, all 51 homosexuals still maintain their homosexual orientation Conclusions The reasons of homosexuality formulation are complicated It is related with bio psycho social factors During psychological crises, homosexuals need the help provided by psychologists and psychiatrists
