| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨和评价CT引导下完成经皮穿刺椎体成形术的方法和疗效。方法 回顾分析在CT引导下采用经皮穿刺椎体成形术治疗脊柱转移瘤、血管瘤及骨质疏松压缩骨折等183例241个椎体操作经验，并与其他文献对比。结果 操作全部按计划完成，准确率100％，无失败和损伤，达到了预期的临床治疗效果。结论 CT引导下椎体成形术操作简便、准确、痛苦小，疗效佳，为应用前景广泛的非血管介入治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To determine and assess the technique and efficacy of percutaneous vertebraplasty guided by CT in treating vertebral lesion. Methods Retrospective review of percutaneous vertebraplasty guided by CT yielded 241 vertebrae in 183 patients, included vertebral metastases, hemangioma and osteoporotic compression fracture. The results were compared with those of some referances. Results All procedures were accomplished according to guideline of CT scan. The accurate rate was 100%. No error or failure occurred. Predictive clinical effect were acquired. Conclusion The procedure of percutaneous vertebraplasty guided by CT is a simple, accurate, little pain and effective technique, it is a good non vessel interference to treat vertebral lesion. |
