补肾壮土汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎102例疗效观察

目的　观察补肾壮土汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎 (CAG)的临床疗效。方法　将 186例CAG患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 10 2例用补肾壮土汤治疗 ,对照组 84例用西药对症治疗。对于 2组中幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)检测阳性者均用抗生素。疗程均为 3个疗程 ,观察 2组患者治疗后临床症状、病理疗效。 结果　症状疗效总有效率治疗组 92 .1% ,对照组 73.8% ,2组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。病理疗效总有效率治疗组 78.6 % ,对照组 36 .9% ,2组比较有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　补肾壮土汤治疗CAG疗效确切 ,值得临床推广。

Observation of chronic atrophic gastritis treated by Bushenzhuangtu decoction

Objective To observe the effect of Bushenzhuangtu decoction on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 186 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) were randomly divided into treatment group, which were treated by Bushenzhuangtu decoction, and control group, which were treated by western medicine. Patients with positive helicobacter pylori in both groups take orally antibiotics. The therapeutic course was 20 days in both groups. Clinical symptoms and pathologic change were observed for evaluation of effect.Results The total effective rate of clinical symptoms in treatment group (92.1%) was higher than that in control group (73.8%,P<0.05). The total effective rate of pathologic change in treatment group (78.6%) was higher than that in control group (36.9%,P<0.05).Conclusion Bushenzhuangtu decoction could effectively treat CAG.
