摘    要:目的:探讨当归多糖(AP)对凝血和血小板聚集的影响。方法:红外比浊法测定血小板聚集率、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT);断尾法测出血时间;玻片法测凝血时间。结果:当归多糖能显著延长凝血时间、缩短出血时间;显著延长TF和APTT,而对PT影响较小;显著升高5分血小板聚集率。结论:当归多糖有较强的抗凝血和止血作用,其止血作用与其促进血小板聚集作用有关。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of angelica polysaccharide (AP) on blood coagulation and platelet aggregation. Methods: Infrared turbidimetric method was used to estimate platelet aggregation, active partial thromboplastin time (APTT) , prothrombin time ( FT) and thrombin time (TT); bleeding time (BT) was measured by cutting the mouse's tail and coagulate time (CT) was measured by dropping the blood on carry sheet glass. Results: AP prominently enhanced the platelet aggregation at 5 min, while showed less effects on the maximum platelet aggregation. It also markedly prolonged CT but shortened BT. AP significantly prolonged TT and APTT in dosage of 3 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg, while showed no obvious effect on PT. Conclusion: These results suggest that AP has potent anticoagulant and haemostasis effects. The haemostasis effect is related to promoting platelet aggregation.
