| 摘 要： | 为探讨中西医结合治疗婴幼儿肾病综合征（NS）的临床疗效，对150例婴幼儿NS（单纯性肾病133例，肾炎性肾病17例）在采用激素、免疫抑制剂、抗凝药的同时，根据病情不同阶段、不同程度加服中药治疗。结果：单纯性肾病完全缓解率为100％，肾炎性肾病完全缓解率为68．4％，部分缓解率为17．6％，无效17．6％，单纯性肾病疗效显著优于肾炎性肾病，（P＜0．01）。并发现对婴幼儿NS的疗效与其临床类型和病理损害程度密切相关。

| Abstract: | To investigate the clinical effects of integrated Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infantile nephrotic syndrome,150 cases(133 cases of simple nephrosis and 17 cases of nephritic nephrosis)were treated with glucocorticoids,immunosuppresive drug and anticoagulant,as well as Chinese medicine.Results:For simple nephrosis,the total relief rate was 100%;for nephritic nephrosis,the total relief rate was 68 4%,the partial relief rate 17 6% and failure rate 17 6%.The clinical effects for simple nephrosis were obviously better than those for nephritic nephrosis,P<0 01.It is found that the clinical effects relate to the clinical type and pathological severity |
