| 摘 要： | 目的:研究莱菔子不同炮制品对消化系统药理作用及急性毒性。方法:分别采用小鼠胃排空和小肠推进及兔在体肠蠕动实验,研究莱菔子不同炮制品对消化系统的药理作用。结果:莱菔子不同炮制品对消化系统呈现不同药理作用。结论:莱菔子炮制得当,可更好地发挥药理作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the different pharmacological effects on the digestive system of different processed products of Semen Raphani and their acute toxicity.Method: The gastric emptying of rat,small intestinal vermiculation and the movement of vivo intestinal smooth muscle of rabbit were observed.Result:They showed different pharmacological effects on the digestive system of different processed products of Semen Raphani.Conclusion:properly processed Semen Raphani could play a better pharmacological effects. |
