骶管阻滞结合针刀椎间孔内口松懈术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

目的：观察骶管阻滞结合针刀椎间孔内口松懈术治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果。方法选择70例腰椎间盘突出症患者，随机分为治疗组35例，对照组35例。治疗组用骶管阻滞结合针刀椎间孔松懈术，每周1次，1周为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程。观察组以针刺加推拿手法。结果1年后两组治愈率分别为97.1%（34例）与82.6%（29例），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论骶管阻滞结合针刀椎间孔松懈术是腰椎间盘突出症治疗有效的方法之一。

Sacral BlockCombined With Acupotomy Lysis of Intervertebral Foramen in Clinical Observation of the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation
