妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理体会

目的：综合分析妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理体会。方法选取我院2013年3月至2015年5月收治的妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者临床资料80例作为研究对象，按照入院顺序随机分为观察组与对照组，每组均为40例。对照组应用常规护理干预方法，观察组应用围手术期护理干预方法。分析两组患者的总满意率、术后并发症发生率、平均住院时间以及拆线时间等。结果观察组总满意率为95.00%，对照组总满意率为70.00%，观察组总满意率高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组术后并发症发生率为10.00%（4/40），对照组术后并发症发生率为35.00%（14/40），观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组平均住院时间与拆线时间低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论妇科肿瘤合并糖尿病患者围手术期的护理能够大大提高患者的总满意率。

Gynecology Tumor Patients With Diabetes Mellitus Perioperative Nursing Experience

Objective Comprehensive analysis of gynecological cancer patients with diabetes perioperative nursing experi-ence. Methods In our hospital in March 2013 May 2015 admitted to the Department of gynecologic oncology patients with dia-betes clinical data of 80 cases as the research object,Randomly divided into observation group and control group,Each group had 40 cases.In the control group,routine nursing intervention was applied,and the observation group was used in the perioperative nurs-ing intervention.The spss20.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of two groups of patients overall satisfaction rate ,the inci-dence of postoperative complications,the average length of time and the time of taking out stitches.Results The total satisfaction rate of observation group was 95%(38/40),the total satisfaction rate of control group was 70%(28/40),and the total satisfaction rate of observation group was much higher than that of control group (P<0.05);The postoperative complication rate of observation group was 10%(4/40),the control group postoperative complication rate was 35%(14/40),the observation group postoperative complica-tion rate is far lower than the control group (P<0.05);The observation group hospitalization time and clearing time is much lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing care of patients with gynecological tumor complicated with dia-betes can greatly improve the total satisfaction rate of patients.
