特布他林/布地奈德联合吸入对新生儿哮喘呼气流速改善的临床护理价值

目的：探讨特布他林/布地奈德溶液联合吸入对新生儿哮喘呼气流速改善的临床护理效果。方法收集70例特布他林/布地奈德溶液联合吸入的新生儿患者按患者监护人是否愿意接受临床护理干预分为两组。对照组患者给予常规护理，实验组患者加施临床护理干预，比较两组患者相关呼气流速情况及患者监护人对护理满意度情况等护理效果等。结果治疗后实验组患者呼气峰流速（PEF）明显性高于对照组患者，存在明显性差异，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后实验组患者用力呼气中段流量（FEF25%～75%）明显性高于对照组患者，存在明显性差异，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组患者监护人护理非常满意度显著性高于对照组，存在显著性差异，具有统计学意义（P<0.01）；实验组患者监护人护理总满意度明显性高于对照组患者，存在明显性差异，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对特布他林/布地奈德溶液联合吸入治疗新生儿哮喘患者采取临床护理干预的护理效果显著，具有护理借鉴意义。

Terbutaline/budesonide Solution Inhalation Newborns Asthma Expiratory Flow Improved Clinical Care Value

Objective To investigate terbutaline/budesonide solution Inhalation newborns asthma expiratory flow improved clinical care benefits.Methods neonatal patients in our hospital from August 2013 to August 2015 in 70 cases terbutaline I/budes-onide solution hospitalized joint inhaled by patient guardians are willing to accept clinical nursing intervention divided into two groups.The control group were treated with routine care of patients in the experimental group applied on clinical nursing intervention were compared expiratory flow rates related to nursing and patient satisfaction with the situation guardians and other care effects. Results After treatment, patients in the experimental group peak expiratory flow (PEF) was significantly higher than that of pa-tients there is an obvious difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);After treatment, patients in the experimental group in the middle forced expiratory flow(FEF25%~75%) was significantly higher than that of patients there is an obvious difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.05);guardian care of patients in the experimental group very significantly higher than satisfaction, there is a sig-nificant difference statistically significance (P<0.01);experimental group guardian care of total satisfaction was significantly higher in patients with significant difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Terbutaline/budesonide solution Inhalation treat-ment of neonatal clinical nursing intervention in patients with asthma to take care of the effect is significant, with care reference.
