小儿肠套叠行超声检查的临床诊断作用分析

目的：探讨超声检查对小儿肠套叠进行诊断的临床作用及其价值。方法选取在本院接受治疗的已经确诊的小儿肠套叠患儿60例，均采用凸阵探头及高频探头的超声检查进行临床诊断，对其超声图像处理分析。结果本组60例小儿肠套叠，经空气灌肠证实56例，4例手术证实，其中3例出现肠坏死，1例误诊，诊断准确率98.3%。本研究有59例患儿的超声诊断结果中明显可见包块回声，具体为在纵切位观察可见套管状结构以及横切面可见同心圆结构。20例患儿的左上腹存在包块，29例患儿的右侧腹存在包块，10例患儿的包块出现在其他部位。结论超声检查在小儿肠套叠的早期诊断起到了很大的作用，超声的高准确度、高灵敏性以及简单快速等特点可以作为小儿肠套叠的常用诊断方法。

Pediatric Intussusception Line Ultrasound Analysis of the Clinical Diagnosis Effect

Objective To study the ultrasound diagnosis of pediatric intussusception clinical effect and value.Selection Meth-ods In our hospital for treatment of infantile intussusception treatment has been diagnosed with 60 cases,adopts convex array sen-sor and high frequency probe ultrasound examination for clinical diagnosis,analysis of the ultrasonic image processing.Results All 60 cases of infantile intussusception,confirmed by air enema 56 cases,4 cases of surgery proved,including 3 cases with intestinal necrosis,1 case was misdiagnosed,the diagnostic accuracy of 98.3%.This is visible in 59 cases of ultrasonic diagnosis bag piece e-cho,specifically for the slitting and observe visible casing structure and a transverse concentric circles structure.20 cases of left up-per abdomen bag piece,29 cases of children with the right side of the abdomen bag piece,bag piece appear in other parts of the 10 cases.Conclusion Ultrasound examination in early diagnosis of pediatric intussusception played a big role,the ultrasonic character-istics such as high accuracy,high sensitivity and simple fast can be a common pediatric intussusception diagnosis method.
