临床护理路径联合循证护理对腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者疗效的影响

目的：探讨临床护理路径联合循证护理对腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者疗效的影响。方法选择2012年1月至2013年12月在我院收治的需行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者72例。随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各36例。对照组接受常规护理干预，观察组在对照组的基础上给予临床护理路径联合循证护理干预。比较护理干预后两组患者并发症的发生情况、平均住院时间、平均住院费用及护理满意度。结果①观察组患者的恶心呕吐、呼吸道感染及排尿困难的发生率明显低于对照组患者，具有统计学差异（P<0.05）。②观察组患者平均住院时间、住院费用均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。③观察组患者的护理满意度（94.4％）显著高于对照组患者的满意度（80.6%），具有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施临床护理路径联合循证护理干预，可有效地降低术后并发症的发生率，减少住院时间及住院费用，提高护理满意度，具有较高的应用价值。

Clinical Efficacy of Clinical Nursing Path Combined With Evidence-Based Nursing for Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of clinical nursing path combined with evidence-based nursing for la-paroscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Totally 72 cases of patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given clinical nursing path combined with evidence-based nursing.The incidence of complication,average hospitalization time,hospital costs and the degree of satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results ① The incidence of nausea,vomiting,respiratory infection and dysuria of patients in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).②Average hospitalization time and hospital costs of patients in obser-vation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).③ Satisfaction of patients in observation group was sig-nificantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing path combined with evidence-based nursing for patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can reduce the incidence of complication,shorten hospitalization time,and improve nurs-ing satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
