手法整复联合小夹板固定治疗闭合性胫腓骨骨折

目的探讨手法复位联合小夹板固定治疗闭合性胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效和安全性,提高闭合性胫腓骨骨折的治疗效率。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年1月采用手法整复联合小夹板固定治疗的81例闭合性胫腓骨骨折患者的临床资料,并以同期采用带锁髓内钉治疗的81例闭合性胫腓骨骨折患者为对照组,随访2~3年,比较两组治疗效果及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组痊愈62例,显效12例,有效7例,总有效率为91.36%,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论手法整复联合小夹板固定治疗闭合性胫腓骨骨折简单易行,安全有效。

Manipulative reduction in combination with small splint fixation for treatment of closed tibiofibular fractures

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Gimmick reset combined with small splint fixation in treatment of closed tibiofibular fractures,and to improve the efficiency of treatment for closed tibiofibular fractures.Methods The clinical data of 81 patients（observation group） with closed tibiofibular fractures treated with manipulative reduction combined with small splint fixation in this hospital during January 2008 to January 2010 were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed,and the clinical data of 81 patients with closed tibiofibular fractures treated with intramedullary nail fixation as control group for comparison,all these patients were followed-up for 2~3 years.Results The results of patients in observation group were as follows： healing in 62 patients,excellent in 12,effective in 7,and the total effective rate was 91.36%.There was no statistically significant difference between these two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion Manipulative reduction combined with small splint fixation in treatment of patients with closed tibiofibular fractures is safe and effective.
