| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者急诊瑞替普酶溶栓治疗前后氨基端脑钠肽前体(NT-ProBNP)水平的变化及其临床意义。方法选取72例行瑞替普酶溶栓治疗的AMI患者,检测治疗前后NT-ProBNP水平的变化,并与同期发病超过12 h未行瑞替普酶溶栓治疗的64例AMI患者治疗前后NT-ProBNP水平进行比较。结果两组患者治疗后NT-ProBNP水平较治疗前降低均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后比较,经瑞替普酶溶栓治疗组较未行瑞替普酶溶栓治疗组NT-ProBNP水平降低更加显著(P<0.05);死亡率也显著降低(P<0.05)。结论 NT-ProBNP水平的变化体现心功能恢复的状况,AMI患者经瑞替普酶溶栓治疗有利于心功能的改善,同时可降低AMI患者的病死率。
