糖尿病患者血脂检测及其意义分析

目的探讨糖尿病患者血脂异常原因,为相关疾病防治提供科学依据。方法对2007~2010年就诊的491例糖尿病患者检测血脂4项,血清总胆固醇(TC)用酶法(COD-PAP法)检测,血清三酰甘油(TG)用酶法(GP0-PAP法)检测,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)用选择性抑制法(SPD法)检测,低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)用表面活性剂清除法(SUR法)检测。对糖尿病血脂异常患者,按照国际、国内诊断标准进行病因分析。结果 491糖尿病患者中,269例血脂异常,血脂异常发生率为54.79%,其中单项TC、TG、LDL-C升高分别为38、51、25例,TG、TC二者同时增高33例,TC、LDL-C同时升高18例,LDL-C、TG同时增高14例,HDL-C降低47例,其他异常组合模式合计43例。结论糖尿病患者以TC、TG、LDL-C增高,HDL-C下降为特征。及时纠正异常血脂,利于糖尿病患者归转及减少并发症。

Significance of analysis of blood lipids in patients with diabetes

Objective To study the cause of dyslipidosis in patients with diabetes mellitus in order to provide the evidence for clinical treatment,control and prevention of diabetes.Methods Serum level of total cholesterol（TC） was detected by COD-PAP method.Serum level of triglyceride（TG） was detected by GP0-PAP method.Serum level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） was determined by selective suppression method（SPD） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） was examined by surfactant elimination（SUR） method.Patients with dyslipidosis were analyzed in accordance with international and domestic diagnostic criteria.Results A total of 269 cases were positive in detection from 491 patients with diabetes,and the rate of abnormal lipidemia was 54.79%.Among them,increased serum levels of TC,TG and LDL-C were seen in 38,51 and 25 cases respectively,and simultaneously increased serum levels of TG and TC,TC and LDL-C and LDL-C and TG were seen in 33,18 and 14 respectively.Serum level of HDL-C was decreased in 47 cases.Other abnormal patterns of combination in chemical items were seen in 43 cases.Conclusion Patients with diabetes are characterized by increase in serum levels of TC,TG and LDL-C and decrease in serum level of HDL-C.Correction of abnormal blood lipids on time is important for outcome and reducing complications of patients with diabetes.
