CT三维重建在肩部骨折手术治疗中的应用

目的探讨CT三维重建技术在肩部骨折中的应用。方法对282例肩部骨折患者行CT薄层扫描和进行三维重建,从不同角度观察骨折线走行、移位和成角情况,依据三维图像进行骨折分型及模拟手术入路。结果 CT三维重建图像所显示的骨折部位、移位、成角等情况与术中所见一致。结论 CT三维重建图像可作为术前肩胛骨骨折的重要检查方法之一。

The application of CT three dimensions reconstruction imaging in surgical treatment of shoulder fractures

Objective To explore the technique of CT three dimensions reconstruction imaging in application for treatment of shoulder fractures.Methods TLC CT scanning and 3 dimensions reconstruction imaging from different angles were performed in 282 patients with shoulder fractures,and the access for surgical approach was simulated according to fracture line in rows,shift position and angle formation based on subtypes of fracture in CT 3 dimensions imaging.Results CT 3 dimensions reconstruction imaging could indicate the site of fracture,shift position and angle formation which were consistent with the observation in operation.Conclusion CT 3 dimensions reconstruction imaging can be applied as an important preoperative examination for surgical treatment of scapular fractures.
