新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎病原菌检测及药敏分析

目的探讨新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)病原菌耐药情况及防治措施.方法分析103例新生儿VAP诊治情况及痰、胃液培养结果.结果醋酸不动杆菌、绿脓假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌是3种主要致病菌,耐药率高,对泰能、环丙沙星最为敏感.结论革兰阴性杆菌是新生儿VAP主要病原菌,耐药率高,应积极预防.

Pathogenic bacteria detection and drug sensitivity analysis in newborns with ventilator-associated pneumonia Qian Yan,Zhang Ziying,Yang Jinhong Affiliated Yuying Children's Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College,Wenzhou 325027

Objective To detect the bacteria sensitivity and treatment in newborns with ventilator-associated pneumonia.Methods Analyse the diagnosis and treatment of 103 newborns with ventilator-associated pneumonia,the culture results of the sputum and gastric juice.Results Acinetobacter calcoaceticas bio anitratus,pseudomones aeruginosa and klebsiella pneumonia were the most common bacteria.They were highly tolerant to antibiotics,but sensitive to tienam and ciprofloxacin.Conclusion Gram negative bacteria is the most important bacteria in the newborns with ventilator-associated pneumonia and has high drug tolerance.It should be prevented and treated carefully.
