| Abstract: | This paper introduced the measures of building conservation-minded hospital,which included establishing refined model of financial management,constructing intensive model of drug purchasing,normalizing the management of materials purchasing,reinforcing the management of logistical support,etc.All these measures reduced the operating costs and achieved a better management benefit. |
