| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨氟伏沙明与氯米帕明疗强迫症时所产生的成本-效果。方法:对86例患有强迫症患者随机分为A组42例,B组44例,分别使用氟伏沙明、氯米帕明治疗,运用药物经济学原理进行成本-效果分析评价。结果:2种治疗方案的显效成本-效果比分别是9.54%、7.62%,A组增长的成本-效果比低于B组治疗方案,且不良反应少。结论:氟伏沙明是一种治疗强迫症安全有效的药物。对于强迫症,临床一般使用氯米帕明治疗,近年来随着5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂的出现,使得强迫症的治疗有了新的突破。据报道氟伏沙明有明显的改善抑郁、强迫、焦虑心境的作用1]。本文采用药物经济学的方法,对2种药物临床治疗的成本-效果进行分析,希望能为临床选择安全、有效和经济的治疗方案提供合理依据。

The Cost-result Analysis of Fluvoxamine and Chlorimipramine in the Treatment of Obsessive and Compulsive Disorder |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the cost-result of fluvoxamine and chlorimipramine in the treatment of obsessive and compulsive disorder.Methods:A total of 86 patients with obsessive and compulsive disorder were randomized into fluvoxamine group(42patients),chlorimipramine group(44 patients).The cost-result was analyzed with pharmaceutical economic methods.Results:The rate of the two treatment programs is 9.54%,7.62%.Conclusion:fluvoxamine is effective and safe in treatment of obsessive and compulsive disorder. |
