| 摘 要： | 目的:了解“浙八味”各主产地土壤重金属的含量现状。方法:采用原子吸收法和原子荧光法测定了浙江省“浙八味”各主产地土壤的镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、铬(Cr)、汞(Hg)、砷(As)含量,并参照国家颁布的《土壤环境质量标准》(GB15618-1995)和《绿色食品产地环境质量标准》(NY/T391-2000),对其重金属污染作出了评价。结果:Pb、Cr、Cd、Hg、As平均含量分别为27·3,41·8,0·126,0·104,5·47mg·kg-1。结论:目前浙江省“浙八味”各主产地土壤重金属含量虽符合GB15618-1995的要求,但已超过NY/T391-2000的要求。

| Abstract: | Objective: To realize the actuality of the content of heavy metal of Soil in main producing areas of "zhejiang 8 famous kinds herbal medicines" Methods: The content of Cd, Pb, Cr, As, Hg in main producing areas of "zhejiang 8 famous kinds herbal medicines" is analyzed with hydride-atomic fluorescence spectrometry and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry,and evaluated with standard GB15618-1995and NY/T391-2000.Results: The average content of Pb, Cr, Cd, Hg,As in several main producing areas is 27.3, 41.8, 0.126, 5.47,0.104 mg·kg-1, respectively. Conclusion: The content of heavy metal in several main producing areas of "zhejiang 8 famous kinds herbal medicines" measure up to GB15618-1995 standard value, but which is higher than NY/T391-2000 standard value. |
