| 摘 要： | 目的:评价奥硝唑在治疗厌氧菌感染性牙周疾患中的疗效及全身副反应。方法:采用双盲随机方法选择门诊100例牙周疾患者。其中受试组(奥硝唑)50例和对照组(甲硝唑)50例进行临床治疗对比。观察疗效并记录其副反应进行比较。结果:二者疗效无显著性差异。奥硝唑副反应小,而甲硝唑副反应大,尤其是对胃肠道的刺激性更为显著。结论:奥硝唑对治疗牙周炎效果显著且副作用小于甲硝唑。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the curative effect and systematic side effect of ornidazole in treating infective periodontitis induced by anaerobe.Methods:100 patients of periodontitis in out-patient clinic were randomly selected and divided into two groups:treatment group with ornidazole and control group with metronidazole.The curative effect and its side effect were observed and compared.Results:There was no significant difference in curative effect between treatment group and control group.The side effect of metronidazole was more severe than that of or nidazole,especially irritation of gastrointestinal tract.Conclusions:Compared with metronidazole,ornidzole is more effective and safe medicine for periodontitis. |
