学习贯彻《医疗事故处理条例》的做法和体会

介绍了江苏省护理学会学习贯彻《医疗事故处理条例》的具体做法。在认真调研的基础上,分析了护理人员在执业中可能涉及的法律问题及其对临床护理中的护患关系、医护关系以及护理文件的客观性描述等方面面临的困惑和挑战。针对这些挑战,开展培训,提高认识、转变观念。同时积极参与制定《江苏省病历书写规范》,组织专家对护理文件的书写进行培训,收到了较好的实际效果。

The Modi Operandi and Experiences about Studying and Carrying Out the "The Regulations on the Medical Accident Treatment"

In this article, the author introduced how the Nursing Institute of Jiangsu Province studied and carried out the "The Regulations on the Medical Accident Treatment". Based on serious investigation and study, the author analyzed the law problems involved in nursing practice and the confusion and challenges the nurses met in clinical settings when dealing with the relationship between nurses and patients or between doctors and patients as well as writing the nursing documents, for example, the nursing records impersonally. On account of these, th Nursing Institute of Jiangsu Province altered and improved ideas, trained itsstaff and took part in formulating the "Criteria of Recording the Case History of Jiangsu province". Moreover, the Institute invited some experts to train nurses on how to record the nursing documents properly and the effect was very good.
