互动式疗法治疗肝气郁结型抑郁症疗效观察

目的观察互动式疗法治疗肝气郁结型抑郁症的临床疗效。方法将120例肝气郁结型抑郁症患者随机分为2组,均予常规西药治疗,治疗组60例予互动式疗法治疗,包括走罐治疗、互动式针法配合呼吸治疗,对照组60例予普通针刺治疗。2组均治疗4周。采用中医症状量表、躯体症状量表进行评分,计算减分率。结果治疗组治疗后各年龄段中医症状、躯体症状减分率均较对照组同年龄段降低(P0.05)。结论互动式疗法治疗肝气郁结型抑郁症临床疗效确切。

Observation of interactive therapy on the treatment of depression with stagnation of liver - QI

Objective To investigate the effect of interactive therapy on the treatment of depression with stagnation of liver-QI.Methods 120 cases of depression with stagnation of liver-QI were divided into groups.On the basis of routine western medicine,patients in treatment group（n=60） were treated by interactive therapy including moving cup manipulation,interactive acupuncture manipulation and matching respiratory therapy.60 cases in control group were treated by general acupuncture.The course was four weeks in two groups.The effect was evaluated by symptoms lists questionnaire of traditional Chinese medicine and somatization questionnaire.The reducing rate was calculated.Results The reducing rate for symptoms lists questionnaire of traditional Chinese medicine and somatization questionnaire of all ages in treatment group were reduced in comparison with those in control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The interactive therapy has definite effect on depression with stagnation of liver-QI.
