速率法测定血清ALT及其试剂盒的配制

目的：探讨中国检验学会（CSMLS）推荐的测定ALT方法的价值并配置试剂盒。方法：用该方法测定了100例健康人及20例肝病患者血清ALT。结果：与IFCC法相比相关系数r=0．99，正常参考范围＜45U/L，线性达350U/L。结论：该法简便、快速，准确性、重复性好。按此法配成商品试剂盒采用同一标准，使各个医院的结果具有可比性，值得推广。

Detection of ALT in Serum by Method of CSMLS and Preparation of Kit

To confirmed the advantage of the method recommended by CSMLS and to equip an appropriate kit. Methods:ALT levels were detected in 100 healthy people and 20 hepatic disease patients by the method of CSMLS.Results:The average amount of ALT in halthy people wsa<45 U/L, and the linear value was 350 U/L. In comparision with the method of IFCC, a correlation coefficien was shown(r=0.99). Conclusion:The new method has certain advantages.It is simple,speedy, accurate and of good reproducibility.This method is suitable for the routine laboratory in a clinical setting and has a wide range of application.
